Affiliate Caregiving Services, LLC is a home care organization that supports and cares for communities in the Philadelphia and surrounding counties. We pride ourselves in providing innovative and personalized care delivered in the comfort and privacy of our client’s home.

Affiliate Caregiving Services welcomes passionate and qualified caregivers to join our team that are interested in providing quality care to those in need. Since we pride ourselves on providing essential trainings needed to offer excellent care, experience is not required for our applicants although it is preferred.


Caregivers will have the opportunity to take care of their family members or help other families directly
in their homes. Caregivers will be positioned to offer our clients a greater quality of life by providing
services in the comfort of their home which keeps our clients in a comfortable and familiar environment.

Our Team

LYNIE DOURA, RN

Healthcare Cooridinator


Lynie Doura has over 26 years of nursing expierence, graduating from Gwynedd university with a BSN in nursing.


She currently provides her years of knowledge to Crozer hospital on the Neurological step down unit.


Part time She also provides servies as charge nurse to Elwyn in Media Pa. where a vast majority of her  Client suffer from mental and physical disabilities.


Lynie currently resides in Sharon Hill Pa. with her husband and 14 year old daughter. Her past time hobbies include gardening and spending time with her family.

MARCIA LEWIS

Finance


Marcia has over 30 years experience working in finance and business management. After aquiring a degree in Business Management from Kent Universty in London, England, Marcia worked for Sylvan Lawrence in New York as a business development executive for 15 years and later opened a private business management firm in Sayerville, New Jersey.


As a business owner with many years in business management, Marcia has developed the reputation of being a great "financial translator" that is able to turn complicated topics into easy-to-understand concepts.


As an avid student of personal development, Marcia has attended dozens of seminars  and incorporates the techniques learned into her planning practice to help her clients reach their fullest potential. 



CHRIS SIMMS

Marketing


Chris holds over 20 years of marketing expierence holding an associates degree in business management from Pennsylvaina institute of technology.


Aside from marketing he's worked in the home healthcare recruiting industry for nearly 10 years. He has accquired an expertise in obtaining and scouting top quality talent for employment in the healthcare industry.


Chris is currently lead marketing execuitive for Monarch solutions as well as Affiliate caregiving services.


Chris currently resides in Drexel Hill Pa. with his fiancee'. His past time hobbies include watching  the Philadelphia Sixers and Eagles games and listening to music.

KERRI CHRISTIE

Operations Manager


Kerri is Certified Investigator and Behavior Analyst mainly dealing with diagnosis and clients with developmental disabilities. She holds a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice, a post Master's Certificate in Applied Behavioral Analysis, and Master’s degree in Business Administration from Saint Joseph’s University.


Most she recently completed the Police Academy at Delaware County Community College where she received an honorary scholarship award and was recognized for my outstanding achievement as a student by Quest.


Kerri is currently employed with West Chester Borough Police Department and resides in Sharon Hill Pa. with her 14 year old dughter. Her pastime hobbies include vacationing with her family and bowling. 





Resources


We are thankful for the caregivers continued support and help with caring for vulnerable individuals and those in need of assistance. As we provide these well needed services, it is important to remember to maintain a healthy and safe environment for everyone. Key factors to member include but are not limited to:


  • Ensuring that the person receiving care has an ample supply of essential items such as food, water, and daily living supplies.


  •  In the event of feeling ill or cold like symptoms, it is in the best intertest to call out sick. While
    keeping in mind that the individuals will remain in need of continued supports, please ensure that you provide enough notice to identify appropriate coverage for your client.


  •  In an effort to reduce the transfer of the COVID virus to your client, practice frequent and thorough hand washing and disinfecting.


  • Wear a mask while caring for your client. Our office offers masks for both clients and employees as needed.


  • Wearing gloves are also an essential part of caring for your client. Please inform our office if you need a supply of gloves.
